So Brad and Angelina are NOT splitting up!
In fact, they are suing a London tabloid for claiming that they were planning to split.
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have begun legal proceedings against the News of the World tabloid which reported on January 24th that the couple had agreed to divide their assets and made arrangements for the custody of their six children, Maddox, 8, Pax, 6, Zahara, 5, Shiloh, 3, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 18 months.
The couple’s lawyer Keith Schillings referred to the story as false allegations about their relationship and said, We can confirm unequivocally … that the allegations published by the News of the World are false as well as intrusive.
Schillings told BBC News the paper failed to meet a demand for a retraction and apology for the article which was “widely republished by mainstream news outlets.”
The couple, along their 8-year-old son Maddox, were spotted during the Super Bowl at the Sun Life Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida on Sunday (February 7).
