Awh MrsAmy I really feel for you, that is such a difficult situation. Of course you are happy for her but doesn't mean you can't be sad for yourself, especially at this time. I think the closer you are to the person the harder it is too. Give yourself a bit of time to get used to the idea. I know I'm on edge waiting for announcements, especially in the next few weeks.
I don't know when I ov luckystar. I decided not to do opks this month and have no clue about cm tbh but last month my cycle was 27 days and think I ovulated around day 14 (bloods on day 22 showed I def did ovulate). If im the same this month, chances are we missed it...
Sounds good for you deemarie! I had a sleepless night with dreams the night before I found out I was pg. When will you test?
I'd say CD 14 could def have done the trick mini!

Think I'll try hold off til Saturday at the earliest to test again. Wish I had the patience I did last month

Welcome Trish.

Aw MrsAmy don't be too hard on yourself. It's an understandable way to feel. I remember when I was ttc#1 I was dreading announcements as I was afraid I'd get upset. I was constantly bracing myself for when I thought there might be one. It's a natural way to feel. I'm very conscious now that people can feel like that and I think most women who've been down the ttc journey understand that.

I suppose I'm officially in the tww now as all the signs say I ovulated yesterday (3 days after dtd). Am hoping for a miracle!!!

Do you all tell your ohs when it's "the time to get busy"? When ttc#1 I did and it put too much pressure on him sometimes and it didn't always work as planned as a result. So I was thinking of not saying anything this time around but then at the same time, it feels like it's all on me when and it shouldn't be as we both want another baby and we're in it together. Like, if I don't tell him, he could come home and just be too tired and not realise it's the prime time if I don't tell him. Oh... what to do? What do you all do?

Thanks Bailey, I haven't had any cramps in a few days and no spotting at all so I am feeling positive. Roll on 25th! The high HCG was definitely a relief.

It's true what ms amy said, most people don't notice any symptoms until they're a few weeks late or even notice they're pregnant... because of everything you've gone through you're more in tune and notice every little thing

Yeah I am not too worried really. The symptoms just come and go and the first time they go, you get scared I think in case they don't come back! How are all you guys? Keeping a close eye on the train hoping to see loads more BFP's! xx

Don't be long now until your scan flipper and then you will really be able to enjoy it.
How are you feeling now MrsAmy?
Luckystar I know it's a difficukt one. I tried the not telling home thing but then he was off doing overtime in work or something else at the important time so I do tell him now. We miss each other a lot with the way dh works so it makes it hard not to plan it.

Hey Michelle, I'm ok, thanks. First day was pretty rough but I was talking to her and amazingly, without me saying anything, she was really understanding - knew exactly how I was feeling despite my best efforts (which I thought were quite convincing!). She summed it up actually in one sentence. It's not that I'm jealous and wish it were me instead of her... I wish it were me as well as her. :) anyway, overall I'm actually just delighted for her and can't wait to be an auntie again.

5 dpo here and nothing major to report. What seems like increased cm, which is way too early to be a sign of anything so it's probably just one of those things.

What about you Michelle? How are you doing? What date was your edd? Must be getting close. How are you holding up?

Minimandm how are you feeling now? I'm still more or less the same, but my better half asked me yesterday could I be pregnant? I just said I didn't know and wasn't getting my hopes up! Had funny CM yesterday, TMI, slightly yellow/pink I think! Dunno what that means and a fair bit of it!

Oh Deemarie I hope that cm is a good sign of a bfp on it's way. I've no experience of it.

I'm pretty much the same here too. Looking back at my symptoms recorded last mth on ovia app they look quite similar EXCEPT for very obvious left pelvic cramps a few days on a row. Also cm is creamier this month. Lots of watery cm recorded last mth. I'm terrified of getting my hopes up though. Gonna test Saturday morning.

Are you gonna test in the morning?

Deemarie that sounds hopeful! Could be from implantation maybe?

And mini too!

Yeah Michelle that's exactly it. It kind of does need to be planned otherwise it might not happen.
