Fitness Classes & TTC

Ladies I'm a bit of a fitness fanatic & I'm just coming back from a lazy spell where I've done nothing for 6-8wks but I wanna get back to my gym classes, I do spinning, weights & high intensity boxercise, just wondering is it ok to be doing these while I'm TTC?

I'm no expert so I can't see why not? Who knows how long ttc will take, you can't put your life on hols waiting for it to happen, if I did I'd be doing nothing for the last 6 mths! Hopefully you won't be waiting long. I'd imagine keeping up the same routine would be good with regards to keeping some way fit while actually pregnant. Also, it will be a good distraction from the ttc emotional rollercoaster.

Maybe ask your instructor about it but it's not actually boxing?!
I'd say go for it and enjoy it while you can :) I walk alot and intend on keeping it up when I get my bfp. It's good for the brain and sanity if nothing else!

Thanks Hun. I would have every ambition of staying active all through a pregnancy (please god) too.

im d same n asked d same question as u. its completely safe to continue as u r. i wouldn't start putting things on hold cos ttc can be stressful n d gym n classes r great for letting off steam.

i was doin quite similar classes as u d month i got my bfp n although i was very cautious d start I've went back to bootcamp n gonna get a new gym program done.

That's good to hear hailey. I am so high strung that d gym classes are a godsend! Absolutely brilliant for blowing off steam.
