Maybe ask your instructor about it but it's not actually boxing?!
I'd say go for it and enjoy it while you can I walk alot and intend on keeping it up when I get my bfp. It's good for the brain and sanity if nothing else!

i was doin quite similar classes as u d month i got my bfp n although i was very cautious d start I've went back to bootcamp n gonna get a new gym program done.
