Boudoir Photography

A few years ago if you had heard the term “Boudoir”, you may have conjured up images of nude, sleazy photography sessions, but today if it’s done tastefully, it’s seen as an expression of a woman’s femininity, and above all, it’s fun and something to feel good about. Think of it as your own fashion lingerie shoot!

Boudoir photography is becoming more and more popular, especially with brides-to-be as a wedding gift for her fiancé, or an anniversary or Valentine’s present. Men are also getting in on the act, and some boudoir studios are seeing couples or men on their own opt for this intimate photo session!

These fun sessions are for real women. We all know we’re not supermodels, but don’t forget even the supermodels’ images are airbrushed and processed! We all have hang-ups about our bodies (even the aforementioned supermodels!), but remember curves are gorgeous & should be celebrated.

An experienced boudoir photographer will pose you in positions that will compliment your body, and accentuate your best bits, and hide the wobbly bits you want hidden away from the camera lens.
