I have been baking, pretty much, since I was old enough to shake a spatula. For many years I catered for family and friends creating fun cakes for all occasions. I am accomplished in all aspects of sugarcraft, receiving both diplomas and a masters certificate. This, with my degree in Management & Marketing helps me to better understand clients’ needs, ensuring the best possible quality and service.

As the demand grew, I decided to turn my passion for cakes into a career and “Icing on the Cake” was born! If you can imagine it, we can make it a sweet reality…
