1. We were married on Thursday the 17th of July 2008 and held our wedding reception at Mount Wolseley Hotel. We had the most fantastic day the food was amazing and everyone commented on it and the dinner and wine service was prompt and courteous and the beautiful grounds provided the perfect backdrop for our photos.We both live in the UK so it was difficult to organise our wedding but the wedding coordinators at Mount Wolseley were in constant contact with me and were so accommodative meeting me whenever I was home to discuss our requirements. We had our room decorated and the staff even helped them unload their vans and decorate the tables which proved they were willing to go the extra mile so when it came to the big day I was completely relaxed and 100% confident in the hotel staff and that meant we could sit back and enjoy the day even more.We had the most amazing day and the room looked so fab it almost took my breath away! I really can’t thank you all enough. Our guests enjoyed it all immensely and had nothing but good feedback to give on the hotel so thank you all so much for making our day so special.

1. What can we say……..a dream come true. As most brides and grooms know there is a massive amount of work that goes into planning a wedding and when you have people behind you like the staff at Mount Wolseley it helps to make the whole planning process a whole lot easier. They were fantastic to deal with and instead of hearing we can’t do that all we were every answered with was a smile and told that they would make it happen for us, no matter how small or big the request.The wedding day itself went like a dream. We got married on Friday 18th July and stayed for the whole weekend as we had booked the bar for a private party the second night. From the moment the limo door opened and we were greeted with champagne by the staff that Friday until we left on Sunday we were treated like royalty. It was perfect; no other word could describe it.In relation to the day itself well where to start, we had our wedding in the Austin Suite and it is not often I am lost for words but when I walked into the room and saw how well it had been decorated for us I was stunned. It was beautiful and all of our guests comment on it. The food and drink were fantastic and both got rave reviews from everyone and very importantly the service was speedy too. We felt our guests were very well looked after and felt that we were pampered at the top table. This is not where it ended though as when the evening food came out later it was not only tasty but the variety on the menu went down a treat with our guests. All day the hotel had someone there to make sure that our wedding day ran smoothly and no couple could ask for more. The same goes for the second night, the bar was perfectly set up for our entertainment and the food was fantastic.For us it was the dream day but probably the biggest compliments of all came from several of our guests who have told us that they were treated so well and enjoyed it all so much that they have booked weekends in the hotel since. We can’t tell you how much we appreciate the effort you all put in to making our day a fairytale and would have no reservations with recommending this hotel to anyone. Thanks again. 1. Hi Angela, We have just arrived home from our honeymoon. I just wanted to drop you an email to thank you for all your help and assistance to make our big day a success. I also wanted to pass on our thanks to the staff on the day and night, especially the manager who was there for everything we needed or requested from him.
