If you plan to get married in winter, you should choose the long wedding dresses to bare the coldness.

My bridesmaids have knee length but they can wear tights, we will be indoors all day.

sure im sure if they were guests they would prob have knee length dresses. They will be grand - they can have a hot whiskey when they get to the chapel ha. Mine r in full length dresses - their choices

im in nov and my bm's are gonna be in knee length dresses as well! but we are gettin pics done in one of the conference rooms in the hotel, so they wont be outside for long!!
And they will be party-ing hard so they will appreciate not having to trail the dresses around after them when they kick off their heels!! (i know none of them will stay in the heels all day!)
I do think the long dresses look very elegant though for the winter weddings!! especially in the strong colours, they're beautiful!!
