I'm new to the site and had a quick look around, but couldn't find a dedicated thread for pictures of wedding dresses, so I thought I should start one!
So I'll start!

I'm new to this site & am getting married in Sept 2010. Trying to organise a dress - does anyone have any feedback on buying dresses online from America?? Seems like a very cost efficient idea.....

welcome to the site. what date in sept are you getting married??

the only thing i know about it that you might get caught with customs. also you should make sure that the quailty of the dress is good.

Hi, thanks for such a quick reply. Getting married on 17th September.
I guess the customs charges will be dependent on weight..... Trying to find forums with gals who have ordered dresses online. I'm sure there are plenty of horror stories, but some good ones too! I hope.......

i know there was a few missies that ordered thier bridesmaids dresses on line and but none stand out in my head that ordered their dress online, but thats not to say there wasnt a few who have.

how are your other plans coming along?

its funny the pic make it look like theres agood bit of detail but it actually has very little and is really plain so im gonna take it to a dressmaker and get some more added! the back is fab but i cant find a picture of the back online?

yeh i bought it coz i love the back of it!!! only thing is its kinda low at the back so i think a bra may be out of the question but maybe those stick on cups? are they any good i wonder???
