Hi guys has anyone on here used newyorkdress.com. I am going to order bridesmaid dresses from them and I am still a little unsure about getting them online. I have a rough idea of the girls measurments. To buy or not to buy??????????????

I bought a dress for my brother in law to be's wedding from that site 2 years ago. After I had paid for it, they sent me an email to say that the dress wouldn't be in stock for 3 months which was fine as I had plenty of time. When I got the dress- which would have been 1 and 1/2 months later than the 3 months, it was the wrong dress. I emailed them and they said they would send me the right dress. I waited ages for it and emailed them several times with no reply. I eventually phoned them and they sent the dress a week or 2 later. They never looked for me to return the dress they sent by accident so a few months after I made 150euro off it from ebay!! But anyhow, I got the dress and it was fab but would I deal with them again??? Hhhmmmmm- toughie. Their customer services are atrocious. But the dresses are absolutely stunning. If you have plenty of time to go to your wedding then why not!

Ya I have found that I need to keep e-mailing them alright but once the dresses are nice I dont really mind that. I just wanted to put my mind at ease becasue I never got dresses online before. Our wedding is not until April next year so there is plenty of time yet. I can't believe they asked for the other dress back

Do you know anything about RK Bribal ladies, trying to figure out if they include customs prices??????

I have never ordered from them but a girl I work with ordered a dress from them and she was sent the wrong dress too.

I don't think RK Bridal include customs in their prices, i'm not sure that anyone does? But you could email them and ask them to mark it as a gift or as a lower priced item so that you don't have to pay as much customs- it's worth a try! Have read great things about that website!
