You don't need to get on all fours Toot. Not at all
I would recommend taking 2 of your regular painkillers 30 mins before appt and it will take the edge off.
The underarm and bikini area are the worst as they are the stongest hair. now everyone is different, some will say ah it's nothing, others will say childbirth was easier. It does sting, but it's over fast. and totally worth it. Lets just say it's worth it for the honeymoon ladies as you will get a big thank you for it
Anyway.....
I would recommend getting underarms done for wedding day for 2 reasons.
1). don't have to do morning of wedding and
2). you don't have that shadow you get when shave. You know when you see people on the tv or in mags and they have lovely smooth underarms and no shadow....they wax (or laser), but don't shave.
Would also recommend the lip or chin if needed due to close up pics.
Would you know I'm a trained beautician with all my promoting of waxing

Re: Wax or Shave
Never2be, might hurt the first time but that's the worst over with. Only gets easier from them on. Also, if you're pre-menstural may be a little more tender so best to do it after time of month.
