O girls, for the hollywood I dont think the pain would bother me as much as the shame!!!!!!!!! Getting up on all 4's in front of a stranger! Fair play to all of those who go for it but I dont think I would be able for it!! I wish I could be more confident

Also I am a wimp!! hehe Anyone ever try the "no scream cream"?? Just wondering if it's worth the money,I might consider getting my legs done for wedding!

It's a special cream scdp I think it's made from the stuff that the doc would put on a baby before giving it a jab. It sort of numbs the area a bit. I asked my beautician about it and she said she tried it but thought it didnt make that much difference till she waxed a bit which had no cream on it and she really felt it...would love to hear other peoples opinions. I think it costs about 20e for a small tube although ebay may be cheaper.

You don't need to get on all fours Toot. Not at all :D

I would recommend taking 2 of your regular painkillers 30 mins before appt and it will take the edge off.

The underarm and bikini area are the worst as they are the stongest hair. now everyone is different, some will say ah it's nothing, others will say childbirth was easier. It does sting, but it's over fast. and totally worth it. Lets just say it's worth it for the honeymoon ladies as you will get a big thank you for it   :ROFL :inbed :inbed :inbed

Anyway.....  :ROFL :ROFL

I would recommend getting underarms done for wedding day for 2 reasons.

1). don't have to do morning of wedding and
2). you don't have that shadow you get when shave. You know when you see people on the tv or in mags and they have lovely smooth underarms and no shadow....they wax (or laser), but don't shave.

Would also recommend the lip or chin if needed due to close up pics.

Would you know I'm a trained beautician with all my promoting of waxing

oh girls how do you shave???? its waxing all the way for me ! its so much easier i firmly believe if you find a good beautican then it wont hurt! ido im sure you will agree with this it may hurt the first time but after that its a doddle! your beautican should be able to do it with very little pain and most of the staff usually start talkin to ya to ask ya why your gettin it done and in turn this relaxes ya feelin less pain and hey presto smooth as a babies bottom!

:iagree Never2be, might hurt the first time but that's the worst over with. Only gets easier from them on. Also, if you're pre-menstural may be a little more tender so best to do it after time of month.
