Wedding Dress Shopping Locations
I am hoping you can help me...
I am wondering if any of ye have advice for me regarding where to go wedding dress shopping in the general Dublin surrouding area really.

Re: Wedding Dress Shopping Locations
I assume you want shops outside the city centre?
There's another bridal shop in Blackrock, which is supposed to be good but I haven't been there myself.
I'm supposed to be married in April 2010 (I say supposed to because we haven't booked anything yet but the venue we're looking at is available) and I haven't got anything sorted either!

Re: Wedding Dress Shopping Locations
Going to beautifulbrides in Newbridge too coincidentially! Great to hear good reports! Will let you know how I get on.Another recommendation that I was given was Catherine de Stafford - she has a shop in Dublin city centre (Exchequer Street) but also another branch in Nenagh apparently. Haven't been myself yet but most probably will.
There's also a place in Baldoyle which has a lot of dresses and again I've heard a lot of good reports and will pop down. Its called the Bridal Outlet. You don't need an appointment there apparently but they say you should go down early as it gets busy.

That's fantastic! The dress anuska is gorgeous - well done on some great eBaying!!
Did you buy yours from a eBay shop or was someone just selling their own one?I've been getting stick for talking about ways to cut back on spending loads on the dress! But there are great bargains out there if you look for them...
