winter brides?

hey girls.. for those of ye getting married in winter what are ye doing about coats/shrugs?????? :snowman

Im getting married in december and will defo need a coat or something ! i have ordered my dress ad forgot all bout what to put over it !!
i love this ... but i dunno how much it costs :? ... the stephanie allin ballet wrap.

I think they stock her stuff in Myrtle Ivory in Dublin. I'm going to give it a guess that it's 300 euro! I'll need a wrap myself, here's a picture of your's. :smitten

:clapper thats the one ... im not as clever as u cottonsocks to be able to upload a pic haha ill have to learn!! :D
yeh im guessing it could be the same .. it might be more tho - i got my dress in myrtal ivory and my dress is stephanie allin .. when i tried on veil i fell in love with it and it cost 300 so im thinking the wrap could be more :yikes2

I got an ostrich feather wrap in the bridal shop where i got my dress, it went perfectly over the dress without hiding the dress and it also looked ok with the veil so i could wear it in the church too

There are a few pics in my wedding report :)

Ooh, that is dear. But it would really make an outfit - I think it's fab.

Oh thats a nice one mrsEL and so ur one mrsd .. But I tried on one of those and it really didn't look good on me :( I dunnonif it's the dress or what but I think I'll have to go for a wrap style thing or shaw ... Pity cos I love those and planned on wearing something like those ones !!!

I got married last november and had a balero over the wedding dress.It was made with extra material of my dress by my alteration person

i got married last Nov and we didnt have anything. The girls got shrugs (borrowed) but they didnt want them.. Happily its wasnt really a cold day

I got married the day before all the big snow last Nov and let me tell you, although it was freezing I never felt a thing :)
The girls were cold alright, they had their wraps on but took them off for some photos.
You're just so wrapped up in the day that you don't feel a thing :)
