H2B's is white and yellow gold, we were actually told in the jewellers that 9ct gold is better for men who do manual work as it's stronger. Not sure about that paladium, didnt even think to ask! H2B ended up with 14ct gold tho as the ring he wanted didnt come in anything lower!

We got H2B ring a few months ago, he went for Paladium as he works outside a lot, we were advised it was the best metal for people who do a lot of manual work as it is hard wearing.

Palladium is:

- a natural white metal

- hyper allergenic

- the same density as gold

- 16% stronger than platinum

Bet you always wanted to know that huh? :D

At the risk of being given out to for being too fussy, I'm guessing it's hypo-allergenic. Otherwise it'd be something that *everyone* is allergic to. :)

hey guys & girls, can i ask what ye are roughly paying for yours?! Am i wrong to be looking to also pay as little as possible for the rings? Tell me honestly if I shouldnt do this but. 9ct Gold wedding bands, argos, €58 for mine, €68 for his! We were thinking that in a couple of years when we have more money we could go and pick out better ones and get them blessed then...
