Hi girls Am I allowed use this to brag, first week at weight watchers and lost 8.5lbs so delighted with myself ; ) long way to go mind but a great start!!

i joined last wk n lost 4half n i was happy out!!! its tough going but worth it when u see d weight coming off every wk :yeah

Thanks hon and well done you too!! first time I've been properly motivated what the thoughts of a wedding dress can do heh ; ) have about 4 dress sizes to go down but plenty of time yet so hears to lots of hard work but defo worth it!

funnily enough when i got fitted n pick my dress last march i lost a stone then put back up 1half :wtf

saw a pic of me fb :yikes2

n that braught it home, we can do it together hun :highfive
