Postby cant_stop_smiling » Fri Jul 15, 2011 5:28 pm

Hi Missies,

I'm thinking of joining a bootcamp in the Dublin area but I'm kinda scared too...I'm not really that fit right now and I dont want to be roared at for an hour or too if I cant keep up with others. :yikes2 Are any of you in a bootcamp? Is it really tough?

I have never done it but I know people who have. I don't think they're as mean as you think they are, like it's actually bootcamp. I do running and I have seen the camps go on. There were all shapes and sizes at them and nobody was crying from being shouted at or over-worked so I encourage you to do it. My friend says it's a great workout and I'm sure it'll be tough the first while but when u get used to it, it'll get u fit as a fiddle and you'll be glad you stuck at it! I've only ever heard good things about them so go for it! :bounce :bounce :bounce

Hey

I do it! Its tough but definitely worth it and you do see results after about 8wks. I wouldn't be that fit either, but they allow you to go at your own pace. Your fitness will improve too so you do begin to keep up. Bootcamp Ireland is the group I do it with, they have loads of locations across Dublin.

Hey

I do one too! Its tough but the results are amazing, its well worth the effort and pain to wear clothes that actually fit. I would highly recommend doing a course. What part of Dublin are you from? There are a good few bootcamps in the Phoenix Park, Bootcamp Ireland and Fitsquad.
But as Beanie 2010 said there are loadsa locations across Dublin.

Let us know if you decide to do one and how you get on!
