Well tomorrow, I'm introducing my page boy and flower girl - don't want them to decide they can't stand each other on the day -lol
Hopefully they will get on like a house on fire - can't wait to see them all dressed up, they will be so cute!
Anyway have lunch for them and their parents, but after tomorrow the detox begins!
Have been pretty regimental diet wise over the last couple of months, but had hen last weekend and last week I snuck in a few treats
But now I'm inside 5 weeks, I'm gonna start the bioform detox, did it once before and found it really good!

I'm sure they will get on like a house on fire wow 5wks you went feel it coming around now!!! Can I ask what is the bioform detox??? could do with a good detox, my skin is very bad lately n its normally great!!!

Lunch was delicious - even if I do say so myself and Pageboy and Flowergirl got on like a house on fire - neither wanted to leave - love it when a plan comes together!

You can get bioform detox tablets in most health stores - you take two tablets three times a day and drink loads of water - you'll need to tablet are huge!
Also cut out caffeine, alcohol, sweets, chocolate and cut down on dairy

You can do it for up to six weeks - don't think I could last that long - but a two week stint - which I tried before worked well for me, so gonna try three maybe 4 weeks this time.

But drinking lots of water is key, I think two weeks worth is about 20 euro.
