jus to let you know i finished the week diet yesterday and i weighed myself yesterday an im 2pounds off loosing a stone! now i did slip on saturday and a litle on sun and if i had of kept it up properly on those days prob wuda made the stone.im delighted wit wat i lost all the same and i know that it does work so il b def doin it again before the wedding.
