Hi All,

As the title says..... was being really good for ages and then slowly started having a take away again at the weekend. Then was having bad Sundays going for lunch and then slowly fell into white bread terriotry again :yikes2

Its been a vicious circle for years, losing weight then putting it on!! Now I am bigger then I have ever been. Had a baby about 18 months ago and didnt lose anything for the first year. After Xmas it kinda dawned that I need to get my ass in gear and do something.

I am very over weight, even if I lose 6 stone I will still be over my recommended weight for my height but I would be happy

I am looking for some movtivation from other missies that may have been sucessful losing alot of weight! I know its not going to happen over night but I need a kick :crackwhip
