thanks pink u been a great help hun. i actually managed to wing a free kettlebell class this saturday to give it a trial so ill let ya know how i get on
as for 30 day shred, i dont want to lose weight just tone up, wonder if it will still work - will have a wee read though thanks beanie x

I have been heard about ramdevbaba yoga and pranaymas...I stared practicing ramdevbaba yoga daily early morning..I really feel great after doing yoga.I think you should try this..simply search google ramdevbaba yoga online..and starts practicing yoga..no need to purchase DVD.
