I got it in tesco but u can get it on amazon, its about 20 euro but it includes the weight. I have found a big diff since using this... I got to gym n do cardio too but this is great and really makes u sweat !!!

Im almost sure u get the DVD and weight cos h2b ordered that one and I got both but I can tell u for sure tomorrow when I ask him ok? Ill get back to u x

I just looked up that link and the kettlebell is less than 2kg so if you are used to lifting weights that kettlebell will be way too light for you - depends on what you are used to
