GReat to hear that MrsM2be...when you have a list of the poteiens and carbs in front of you, it makes it easier to follow!try not to concentrate on what you can't have and enjoy what you can! Also, if chocolate is your downfall, stick to dark chocolate as it has less sugar.
Signing off now...going to lead my saturday morning bootcampers!! :crackwhip

HI Irish Charm
You should introduce weights as soon as possible. The more muscle you have, the more fat you will burn.
Ask the insructors in the gym to show you how to do push ups, bicep curls and tricep dips. These will all help with toning the arms

I ALWAYS have breakfast....

Id be dead by 10am without it... I usually have a cup of tea with toast as Im getting dressed and doing my hair and make up crap.... Then I'll have cereal (yes kellogs! ) And just before I head out the door I'll grab a yoghurt or a peanut butter and banana smoothie that I made last night...

But I'm full time in college and there are no heating facilities for warming food and especially on these cold days, I find myself eating allsorts during the day and wonder why I'm not losing weight...

Is there anything TASTY we can bring to college/work for lunch time that'll fill us and won't take ages to make?!?!

Could you make extra the night before and take it with you for te next day? If you have nowhere to warm food - make wraps and sandwiches which are easy to transport and eat at anytime.
