Fit flops?

Postby harv2010 » Mon Mar 28, 2011 3:32 pm

Hey girlies,

OK I usually don't have a minute especially at work, always on the go but I've been really ill since Sat evenin and all I can seem to do is lie in bed and when I get a lil burst of energy i'm on Mrs2be :mrs2benut !hehe....
I have a few days off to get the energy levels up and I was looking at fit flops earlier today online. I ordered one of the cheaper pairs, the oasis ones, it is said that they can help with back pain, has anyone ever tried them?
I didn't get them because they can tone you up as I don't know do I believe that and I am active enough but I do suffer with my back quite a bit and I am only in my early/mid twenties so i'd be afraid of my life that my back pains would worsen, I have been for massages/chiropractor everything over the past few years. I constantly wear flat shoes and I'm thinking i'm going to have to start buying shoes with a bit of a higher sole in them so as to ensure the back pains don't worsen and have a bit more support for my back.

what are your views on fit flops?!

Hi! Haven't tried fit flops but would swear by MBTs... I know they are expensive but I think they are worth the investment if you have the cash... I spend alot of time on my feet, my knees are my problem, and can stay all day in these. I know they don't look great, but I am quite short and I hate wearing heels, so these give me the exta height and I don't need to turn up all my trousers! My work trousers cover the shoes anyway!

Poor thing, get well soon! And mind the back! :happywave
