Girls,
I would be careful about taking this really close to your wedding. It can effect your thyroid gland. You don't want to get sick right before your wedding! Diarrhoea and a wedding dress-not a good mix!

Hey well done they sound great! I'm really struggling have a stone to loose and the more I think about it the more I am eating!! I really want to get into it before xmas might give them a try!
