help needed urgently!!

:o so im bridesmaid for h2bs sister in 3 weeks and when we got my dress it was too big for me it its now grand but its the type of material that clings to ur tummy, u can see it stick out even though its kinda flowy but still, im gonna be uncomfy n self concious on the day if i dont get the pounds down!its just on my tummy, i bruised bones in my back last week in a nasty fall so cant do anything mad til it heals but deperate to get the tummy down!is swimming any good?do i cut out bread or all carbs? oh girls freakin out here h2b is usless hes like ah sure tus grand but its not!!please help!!

Hi hon, I've cut out nearly all carbs this week and have been eating loads of fruit and veg!! Eating regular dinners just watching my portion size!! Can really feel it in my clothes especially my uniform!! Ive gone walking a couple of times but nothing major cos im on nights just around the block with the dog! Also find that writing down what I eat really helps, have a great app on my phone!! Hope some of this helps good luck x

my friend folowed the Patrick Holforn plan- low GL foods- lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks. Cut out carbs and weight fell off- a quick fix i know but night sort you.
I also got a Spanx slip for a clingy dress in the summer- it was fantastic!

thanks hun, yeah off work early this week so ill be able to get get before it gets dark n take the dog for walk or do a swim class,thanks for the advice!hope it works!!well done by the way for cutting out the carbs n stuff, troublesome tummy area feckin hate it!!
