I am in the same boat....they are not going anywhere, I think its cause I eat crap as well.... I have booked into half a half personal training session and will look to focus on that area. Maybe ask at your gym if they have a few tips...sorry could not be more help..

Loads of cardio and cut back a bit on the carbs. it really is the only way I'm afraid. You will see a big difference in about 2 weeks if you could stay away from bread and pasta, get 3-4 walks/runs in a week and stay away from the booze. Just keep thinking of your wedding dress to get movitated!!!

Another thing I find great if i am carrying an extra 3-4lbs is to get a body wrap, it gets rid of that sluggish feeling and makes you feel good and when you feel good it's easier to stay healthy!

Yeah pilates is great too for toning, I am a bit of a gym freak and train a lot of people and my latest fad is the power plates, I am getting great results with them!

If you're trying everything and nothing's coming off well then one of those big, pull in, hard to get on, tight, sucky in knickers!!!!!! It might take you half an hour to go to the bathroom but it could be worth it!!! :clapper

The other thing I do find great is to keep a food diary and literally write down every piece of food that goes into your mouth! sometimes we think we are being good and not over eating but it's a different story when you write it all down and you can see where all the extra calories are!

have ya heard of Couch to 5k app or some similar programme for your ipod, I downloaded Robert Ullerey's podcasts and he talks you through walks/runs, there's 9wks, each week is different, I know ur gettin married in 6wks, but i found it hard going so use to repeat weeks until i built up running levels, but if u go to the gym a lot your'e probably quite fit already so u could maybe start at week 3.
I cut out alcohol at home (use to be a wine lover over the weekends  ) but other than that I eat the same and Ive lost inches off my wast, hips and thighs!

Best of luck :bounce
