Hi Girls
Now I know most women want to loose weight before a wedding but I'm the opposite.
I lost a stone in weight in september after I had an ectopic pregnancy and tought I would put the weight on once I was fully recovered.
4 months later I have only put back on a few pounds.
I'm a size 8-10 normally but size 6-8 at the mo and feel too thin.
Eating well and too well over the holidays but not too keen to just eat chocolate and crisps as I'll end up with a load of spots.
I already eat plenty of bread, dont like potatoes so any other ideas for high calorie foods?

Hey my friend was the same has you, couldn't put on weight at all and she was a 6-8. In the end she went to a dietitian and it was the best thing she ever did. She went up to a size 8-10 and was delighted. She was thought the right foods to eat and when to eat them cos it wasn't just as easy as munching on chocolate and crisps all day besides that will eventually feck up your stomach. I would say talk to your doctor and they could refer you to someone that can help.

I know lots of people want to loose weight before the wedding and might look at this post and think I wish I had your problem but going on what my friend went through it really isn't that easy and trying to put on weight can be equally as tough as trying to loose it so good luck to you chic x
