Hi Missies,

Quick one for ye... Have any of ye tried Hypoxi?
Its where you cycle within a vaccum type environment? There's a special machine for it and everything. I know of one person who tried it for her tummy, thighs and bum and the weight just fell off her. Just wondering does anyone else have an opinion?
Its quite expensive so I want to make sure before I go ahead with a treatment..

My friend did this years ago and she did lose weight however she did say that she did not tone up like the programme said you would.

Theres a place in Sandyford that does it.
I sent them a mail. At the moment she said that its 18 sessions for the price of 12 and its €600 you read that correctly - €600.
I had read it was a bit pricey but she said I may have a free trial so I might go for one in the next couple of weeks and then make the big decision. My calves and thighs are the biggest part of me so I would love to loose the fat off them! I'm willing to do it all!
