Hey missies

Ok this is me when it comes to weight loss I leave it till the last minute and then panic.
Can't believe i've done this for my wedding too. As you's can see the big day is in 7 wks
Obviously I can't wait but really need to loose a stone.

My dress is in and going for first proper fitting on Saturday, i'm defo heavier than I was when i ordered it. Too many fun wknds had

Is there anyone else out there in my boat with so little time to go.

I'd love to hear from someone else to see what you're doing.

Also ANY ADVICE TO HELP AN EEJIT WHO SHOULD KNOW BETTER.................

I could do with losing 2 stone but that won't happen now so am gonna try for a stone.

there was a thread on here called does ne1 need to loose weight fast like me and there is a link to a diet there that makes u loose a stone in a week,i didnt believe it would and i tried it and it did.hth

Hun iv tried so much to lose weight den thru the years and I'm currently on the duken diet iv lost 16 pounds in 3 weeks nd everyone is given me compliments u shud buy the book nd try it
