Not a bother. I feel like a walking advert for the Les Mills classes but having tried 100s of others ones these are the only ones making a real difference. They are the only classes genuinely enjoy too, which makes a change because I can be a right lazy article when I want to be!

ya me too Im really bad at the gym im better off at a class so that someone can shout at me. I have heard of these before but didn't see them advertsied anywhere in dublin. I just have to find one that you do not have to be a member of the club..Thanks again

Yea that's the problem with most of them. I joined but initially I didn't want to commit in case I didn't use it so thankfully I could pay as you go for the first few months. My gym is brand new but run by the county council, most of the coucil ones seem to offer the pay as you go system.

I know I go to one like that at the moment but the classes are not great and are mostly during the day! Ill have a look hopefully I will find one that will take pity on me.

The gym I work in does the les milles classes and they are soo popular, we had to move the body pump out of the studio we had it in and into the sports hall and buy new equimpment for the demand last year. I used ot do body pump loads, but havent done it in ages going to try and get back inot it a bit this year but kinda awkward trying ot fit classes in around working hours. We also do the attack, combat and body balance. Not the biggest fan of attack or combat, just not my kind of thing. Have never tried body balance and must try it as Im suposed to be able to tell our members what its about. Im thinking I'll like it though as love pilates when I get a chance to do it, especially reformer pilates!!

its in letterkenny,co.donegal!! its an energie fitness franchise (think thats spelt right)!!! they also give you personal workouts designed for what you want, lose weight or tone up and what parts and weigh and evaluate you every 8 weeks!!
