Les Mills Body Pump

Postby dufferlover » Tue May 31, 2011 2:22 pm

Hi ladies just wanted to share this deadly class with you. I've lost just under a stone since February but I was still quite flabby especially round the belly area. One of the instructors in my gym recommended the Les Mills Body Pump class and by God have I toned since starting it. Amazing. I still do my cardio work outs but adding in the pump has really made a difference.

A lot of gyms don't carry the Les Mills classes but do something very similiar so might be worth checking out to shed those lumps and bumps before the big day.

I do Body Pump classes in my gym, what makes the Les Mills one any different? I have never heard of them.

Not sure exactly what the difference is because I've never done anything different. I think Les Mills was the person that invented the class. My gym spends a fortune on the franchise and training the instructors on the Les Mills Pump and Attack. I guess it's all extremely coordinated.

I wish my place would do more of them. Yea the Les Mills classes are so so popular! I have to book them a week in advance or there's no way I'd get in. I got brave last night and increased the weights for Pump and can barely walk today :D

Totally worth it though because I now have muscle in places I didn't even know muscle existed!!

Okay so La Fitness Dartry Palmerston Park, Dartry Dublin 6 do them.

So do David Lloyd Dublin Beech Hill Clonskeagh, Dublin 4, and Westwood Sandymount 1A St Johns Road, Sandymount.

There's others in Dublin but that's all in south Dublin. Hope this helps x
