Looking for a Gym Buddy in Naas

Postby boctober » Fri Jun 03, 2011 1:07 pm

Hey Ladies,

I'm pretty out of shape and some days I can't motivate myself to even go for a walk but I'd really like to join a gym and improve my fitness, tone up and just clear my head. I'm pretty good to encourage others, but when I'm on my own I have no motivation and its too easy to put it off.

Anyway, if anybody is interested. I heard the Osprey HOtel gym in Naas, is doing an offer €99 for 99 days, I'd love some company :)

I'm in K Leisure in Naas and love the place. Like yourself was totally out of shape and joined a few months back and the results have been brilliant. Have already lost 18 pounds. They have the best classes, particulary the Les Mills ones. Even when I lost weight before my spare tire always remained but since starting the Les Mills Body Pump classes it's deflating nicely :)
I'm not one of these people who has fancy gym gear, nor am I graceful when I exercise and I always felt self conscious in gyms but not in this place. The instructors also give you really good eating tips if you ask. Jaysus I sound like I work for the place but I do think it's brill :)

Do you know it? It's on the Caragh Road? Oh and you can pay as you go as well.
