lots of people have told me that weight magically drops off b4 ur wedding day but i m not really convinced!

Yeah i'm not totally convinced bout that one either but i might be pleasantly surprised??? Try doing some weights maybe to see if things move a little. I always find that its better to measure it by inches not weight. Try measuring yourself weekly and see how you get on!

Try not eat anything after 7pm if your going to bed around 11pm.. maybe cut back a little on the exercise, I found that helped with the last few pounds, even though that sounds totally bizarre! it could just be muscle weight...or as the other girls have said change it.

I just heard a little advise from my sister. She said 3 days to gain, 2 days to maintain, which means exercising 2 days a week will maintain your weight and 3 days will make you lose. It worked for her friend but I suppose everyone is different.

I know you want to lose a bit more but just wanted to say well done on losing the 24lbs, that's fantastic!

Huge congrats on the weightloss to date, thats a great achievement.
Like the others said, maybe try mixing up the exercise a bit - incorporating a few quick sprints into your jogs and maybe a few weights before and after. Also, maybe log your food intake for a couple of days and see is there anywhere you can make an improvement there. Either way, you've a great deal lost and keeping up what you're doing I'm sure the scales start moving again.
