Great to hear dbride2011!
Maurac, they say you need willpower to get through this whole diet, exercise thing, but I think patience is also key. I was getting very impatient with my tiny weight loss each week, but I had my weigh in this morning and I'm down 1.1kg! Delighted!
Maybe try measuring yourself, it could be that you are losing inches instead of pounds???
Keep up the 2 miles a day though!!

Oh girls am sooo happy. I started weight watchers pro points last week. Not actually going to meetings just gathered info from here and online. Hve lost 2.4 lbs in a week. Am absolutely delighted as kinda felt I ate what I wanted just in moderation. Hope it stays going

BeckM that's a huge loss - well done!!!

I had a terrible week last week cos I had a couple of days off work, so I ate almost everything in sight!! Dreading the weigh in this week, but sure I treated myself and that's the end of it.
How are you other ladies getting on?? This lovely weather is making it easier to get off the couch!!
