need a kick up d ass!!!

Hi evry1,
i need mtivation! Ive been doin so well on a diet and losing weight but latly im at a standstill.. i have hols n 2 weeks and want anothr half stone off by then!

I feel like ive fallen back n2my bad habits and its a slippery slope from there.. i went for a 40min walk yest and hoping to go for another one this evenin wit h2b.

I think its since i bought my dress ive become a bit complacent.. :smash :smash

I dont ever want to go back to the way i was last yr,u all have full permission to give me a good kick up d rear for motivation!!HELP!

oh hunny i hear ya im your sister where this is concerned. i lost a total of 87lbs and some days i just eat absolute crap and beat myself up over it. today for example ive been a pig and yesterday and its because h2b is home the weekends. during the week im good as gold eat so healthy but he is a bad influence on me lol - be good tomorrow i promise.

well done on the weight loss hun you must be very proud xxx

Thanks god there is others like me. I was a total pig this weekend and now im completely depressed. Like you ASbabe, i bought my dress recently and now i am being very complacent. Always have good intentions and am generally great during the week, but weekends i go nuts. So hard :-(
Have great intentions now this week, but going to London on Friday for a hen, so i know how that is going to turn out.

girls im terrible i really am, i lost 5lbs last week doing a cycle every day and eating healthily weighed myself this morning after the weekend with h2b and im 2lbs up. have a girly night in planned tomorrow my mate is coming over to help me start the wedding favours and we gonna be watching a download of bridesmaids sssshshhh! naughty i know ha and no doubt we'll get through a few bottles of wine and nibbles. then im going to my sisters wednesday for a long over due p1ss up cos its the holidays and the kids have no school they want a big sleepover too so im gonna be up even more by the end of the week aaarrrrrrggghhhh!

Its so hard girls! Always seems to be something tempting us to be bold! Had dominios pizza at 11 o clock last night and sitting at my desk in work now feeling like a pig. haven't much time left so gonna try get loads of exercise everyday and when there is tempting food in front of me try only have a little pick!! there is loadsa of different nights out planned between now and the big day so lets hope i can stick to only small pickings!!

wel girls i went for a walk twice over d wkend so feel good aboyt that..goin again latr!im a fecker for savoury food,i cud jus eat it al day..but im gona stick to it!muckypup do u evr get sick of ww?i know evrytin inside out at this stage..

yep i do hun but i dont see it as a diet anymore its just my lifestyle change. simple rule of thumb for me is if i eat healthy and good i look healthy and good, if i eat sh*t i feel sh*t simple as that. dont get me wrong i have really bad days and really good weeks but i know that if i eat bad everyday then ill go back to the way i was before and i really dont want that but i also give myself a break too sure we're here for a good time not for a long time :)
