Need tips for hips!!!!!!!!

Hi all can any one help me getting married in 10 weeks need to shift the love handles!!!! Does any one have any diets that I could do or exercise that works please??????

Hi Stressed out! I find kettle bells brilliant and after a couple of sessions I definetly saw a difference.

lol, not at all! it is a class where you hold a weight that looks like a bell as such. you do different excercise with the weight, squats, lunges sit ups ect. you are constantly moving throughout the entire class it is brilliant for toning and building strenght, but also burns alot of calories. Be warned though the first time i did a class I genuinely could not move for a week.

Oh thank you for explaining that one!! Might look into that so :P joined a gym about 4 weeks ago and love it :P
so in a few weeks might look into that . . . get used to gyming it :P

Good luck with the Gym you will feel great in a few weeks! to be honest I hate the gym I stick to classes as I find I need someone to shout at me or at least keep an eye on me so I don't just give up.

Lol I love the gym - used to do Aerobics(for 3 years), kick boxing (for 2 years) and Tae Kwon-do (for 6 years)
