Pharmaton vitamins

Postby harv2010 » Thu Jun 30, 2011 10:46 pm

Just a tip for those missies feeling exhausted with all the wedding planning.

I teach infants and I have had an extremely exhausting year, enjoyed every minute of it mind but also I was pure exhausted. I usually love cycling/jogging/walking etc but for the past few months I was literally a walking zombie, I could not sleep, I had NO energy whatsoever, I was picking up tummy bugs/colds regularly and just feeling sluggish and run down. Even socialising was hard work. I had been taking berocca and then recently I saw an advertisement for the Pharmaton multi vitamin capsules. I bought them, it is recommended you take them for one month to get yourself back on track.

Girls I feel so much better! I can now do a full days teaching, jumping around the room like an eejit, paperwork, gym, housework, night out, whatever comes my way. I am also sleeping better. Just thought I would share it with ye missies as I know there are some days without enough hours in the day to get everything done on time for a wedding, just incase any of ye are feeling like this and at a loose end.

Really Septemberbride?! I can't get over the difference in me recently, but isn't it recommended that you only take them one month on and then take a break from them for awhile?! Do you take them all the time or whats the story?!

I've been feeling the same recently. Just so tired and don't feel like doing anything.
I must try them. Hopefully it will give me a boost. Totally lost the motivation to loose the weight so really need a kick in the backside.

Are you girls taking the big brown tablets or the ones you can dissolve and take as a drink?

Thanks Stick! We're ok for the nut allergies but I've a few friends that have the allergy so I must pass that info on! :cool

Sounds good, I'm sure the ginseng helps - its great stuff. How long were you taking them before ye noticed a difference in your energy levels?
