Is this something you take before the sunbed? Sounds a bit dodgy to me.

We sell tanning tablets where i work, they absolutely fly off the shelves the are called tan care,they help the melonin in your skin to react to the sun and the also contain tomato extract which helps your skin take a tan better, you could also take beta carotene suplements as they so more or less the same but are cheaper, obviously it would help if we had a bit of sun to get the tabs to work!!

Yeah, I want to do a few seshs on the sun beds (bad I know) but sick of being pale

Tried those beta-carotene tablets a few years ago and i ended up yellow!! actual jaundice yellow!! Not a pretty sight and it was only after 2 weeks.. I'd stay away from them..

I would stay well clear ladies, fella at work takes them and goes on the sun bed and he looks horrendous, not natural at all!!! He is a body builder so needs a tan, but this is ridiculous, so If you want to use them I wouldnt experiment with them just before the wedding!!

there is supposed to be a lot of controversy bout them in england at the mo, they can hide cancer as they can make some moles appear different and also the increased melolin is supposed to be very bad for you

beta carotene supliment by sona helps if you use them for a few weeks befoere goin in the sun, also i had read some place about a tanning supliment drink..cant remember the name, b ut you know the brand academie tans, the tanning drink is also by them, google it maybe

A friend of mine who never tans took the Imeeden ones before her wedding and she had a beautiful colour! They are a bit on the expensive side but supposed to be brilliant! I've seen them in Boots.
