Well, i'm still at the 3k on the running, so workin on that!
This week, i did my football on sunday, 30 min walk monday, 90 minute walk and 25 minutes aerobics yesterday, and the plan then for rest of week is walk and kinect tonight, running tmw night, then walk and kinect for friday night!
I'm now down about 10 pounds since christmas, so that's keeping me motivated!
How's everyone else doing?

heh missies, i'm so proud of myself today. i went and did a 9k walk around the phoenix park this morning for my training for the marathon. bloody hell i was in bits. the last 2K i was limping practically. the sorest ive been in quite a while. doing the actual track for the marathon on saturday morning with some people from a meet up group. any other missies doing the marathon this year?? it's my second year to do it. can't wait. loved it last year.

Well done mollybird, that's briliant! I'd love to do a marathon, but i'd say i may leave it for a year or two yet!

well done mollybird...............wow that's brilliant, i ran 7 k the other day, my knee is still a bit sore...its the age thingy, darn it, that's what i'm blaming it on anyway

I have been bold with being away the weekend in Manchester and I have been bold I managed to Loose a LB... now the scales says this morning iv put it back on so im off to the gym tonight with 4 days off was way too tired for it last night! I tend to do one day on and one day off and normally go 3 times a week and I walk home and to and from my dart every night! about 40mins walking in total....
Im dreading back at the gym tonight I must say but I just have to think in 50mins it will all be over!!
I normally do a class on Monday with the BH it doesnt be on but it is brilliant along with a weights class I find this great but this week it will be just the gym....
will let you know how I got on tomorrow

I did the marathon 3 years ago mollybird, would absolutely love to do it again! not this year though... fair play to you doing it 2 years in a row!!

hey all, so did W9D3 yesterday, a lovely run, weather was great, had a bandage on my knee, so no soreness today, which is great, off for a swim later i hope...

Well done everyone!
Moved my running off the threadmill and into the garden on saturday, harder on the grass! But did a half an hour, and then 2 walks yesterday!
Weight loss has sort of stopped, haven't put back on any but not lost any in last couple of weeks so going to step it up another bit this week (and try stop eating easter eggs!!)

so did W9d? in the gym last night on the treadmill, clocked up 8km, but walked about 8 mins of that, so delighted...didnt go for swim after but still good job...got home and in the post got my Zumba + fitness belt, though to be honest i opened the box and sat down for a cuppa
feel asleep by around 9:30, went to bed then around 10:30 slept straight through....wrecked lately
anyawy have my lemon and ginger water beside me, and might do a bit of zumba tonight......
