Well done Staryem for being soo good! I find I can't concentrate on the gym or eating healthy until things like my job are all calmed down and less stressful. Although I feel I should be drinking more water, it makes you go to the loo loads!! Is there a way around this?? I am a teacher, so can't really duck out every 20 mins... hehe

AH thanks hun, I would say either drink it early moring or after your work hours. Ya can jus sip away during the day then, without drinkin litres and runnin to the loo every 5 mins. I sip on rasberry tea during the day too cuz your still getting your water but you can have it with your breakfast of lunch. I drink water but find it very bloody borin. hth

Oh that is a fab idea! Yeah when I drink water, I feel I have to drink like half a bottle at once hehe I may get back into drinking my peppermint tea instead of diet coke!!

Try Clipper green tea with Lemon its brill really helps loose the weight and with the lemon takes the rotten taste out of it and you get you water intake. All good.

Ya i used to try and drink loads in one sittin. YUCK. I grew a bit of sence ha ha. Its way better jus to sip away. I love diet coke too yum yum!!

Oh no! Don't freak out! I hate exercising too but I've been doing zumba classes. Great fun and you really don't feel like you're working out but you are really sweating by the end and my waist and legs were sore the next day so that's a good sign. Where are you? There seems to be lots of classes around anyway. Don't panic. You'll get there. Don't do those mad diets they just make you feel crap!

welcome sosoon2bm, i go to zumba classes too and have to say the weight is falling off, the classes are great craic and you dont even feel like your exercising, some great advice on this thread and i think the basics such as water is so important and we all forget to drink it, green tea is great too and curbs hunger aswell as dropping the lbs..you can do it hun a stone can be lost in a month with food and not killing yourself..
