Mmmmmm sounds lovely! I havent chosen my cake layers yet, but they are going to be yummy! I cant wait to gorge on honeymoon too. I suppose all this hard work will be worth it in the end - them wedding photos better look good, HA!!

oh the honeymoon i cant wait for that. im going to try my dress on now tomorrow so i can see how much work its going to be to get it looking as well i want it too so will let ya know how i get on.

Down 1.3kgs this week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I'm delighted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was so good for the last week with my food, it really makes a difference droppin the 11am bicsuits, and choccies in the evening.

i was down my 0.5lb i was up the prev week so im still on target. i tried my dress on and it fit i was sooooo happy with it ok ive to tone up shoulders and arms to get it looking better but ive 24.5 weeks left till the wedding so i wanna lose a stone in that and everything will be great.

well dont on ur 1.3kgs this week thats brill

Thanks caroline, I was up last week, so it evens that out! So glad your dress fits, and you have loadsa time left till the wedding. Slow and steady weight loss is the way to go, cos I planning on keeping this off until waaayyy after the wedding (fingers crossed!). Going out tonight for dinner, so I am sure I will eat it all back on, but for the moment I am happy out! Glad you’re doing so well!!

Yes so happy was down 3lbs today can't believe it but im so much more determined. Ive lost 10lbs so
Far ideally id like to lose another stone have a little over 5 months to do it so plenty of time. How did ur dress fitting go?

WOW!!!!!! 3lbs is huge!!! Well done for that. I love it when its a big loss cos its so motivating to know that all your hard work is paying off!

I was down 1 lb last week so I was over the moon. Absolutley LOVED my dress!! So excited to finally try it on, and I was surprised that it was actually a little big so it will have to be taken in closer to the wedding date. I have also decided on what type of veil I want, so thats great too. But I went on a massive sugar bender after to celebrate, really went crazy...But sure that's done and will skip the weigh in this week and be good till next week. That's my plan!!

And you do have plenty of time to lost another stone, you're gonna look fabulous!! (you must send me pics after the big day!!)

Aw thats brill ur dress even needs to be taken in. Its great when u see everything come together
and even a little scary least it was for me made it all real.
Ul have to wait till aug for pics but will def seend them on uve been brill motivation. Ull have to send
me pic too id laugh if we were in same dress though so unlikely i havent heard of many if any going wit

Eh snap! You've been a great support for me too caroline! Its great to have a place to post progress! And you will have to wait till September for mine, and I have a Maggie Sottero, so not the same dress, that would have been scary!!!

ive stayed the same this week im not too bothered tho as ive been eating like it was going out of fashion so i was rather suprised to find i was the same.
ive to concentrate on my arms and back now great lucky me.
hope ur week and wedding plans are going ok.
