treadmill arrived

i have been using the weather, no time, my daughter's schedule to make excuses not to go out walkin/gym. can't stretch to buying a treadmill at the mo, so i rang up about renting one. was delivered friday- starting today- no excuses. an hour a day, in front of a dvd- fingers crosses :fingerscrossed
