Hey, I'd like some info on it too. A woman in work told me her daughter lost 3 stone on it. Tried looking up the website but didn't really give a whole lot of info. Is is points, calorie based? Easy to get your head around?

I was looking into unislim online...you can subscribe for a certain durations. The longer you subsribe the cheaper it is. They give you daily menu of what to eat and even give you a shopping list at the beginning of the week so that you have all the stuff you need for the week and therefore don't have to go shopping during the week whereby you may be tempted to but treats. They also have the added option of a giving you a fitness plan weekly (you pay extra for that). Rather than weighing in at a class you weigh yourself at home and enter your log on line!!!

I know the online business is not for everyone but I reckon it is a great option to have. I have not got much weight to lose but like everyone else I want to look my best. So I am gonna start Unislim in Sept. My H2B said he is wants to lose a bit of weight too so we will do it together. We said we might even put a little bet on e.g. If he looses more weight than me in the month I treat him to the cinema or vice versa. Very simple but it is a bit of motivation and I reckon it is good to have an exercise partner cos that way ye can motivate each other when one is not in the mood to exercise!!!!
