can I ask where he got them from ???

I used them for a while before (through a fitness club) and didnt see massive results but I did feel good. I did find they helped me focus on the diet and exercise and I loved seeing the calories burned going up on the clock!!

Ooooh do let us know how you get on.

I have been using them for 10 minutes about 3 times a week usually after exercise. I use the one in my gym. To be honest I feel a lot firmer than I think I would have if I had not used them.

not sure about inch loss yet though, maybe it is too early to tell??

Vibroplates are good, but need to be used as part of a gym or exercise program. If you are doing them at home you should do it after coming back from a run/walk/cycle or after doing a dvd or someting.

They are good for stretching, and adding extra tone to your muscles, also great it you are feeling tight after a session you can use it ot "massage" your muscles!

Girls I've rented a vibroplate for 6 weeks now and I am down 13inches in total, def feel firmer but if its weight loss on scales you're looking for this prob isn't the thing for you. I had lost that 13inches by end of first month but haven't been using it as religiously now as last month { 20 mins daily} I am still going to hold onto it for another 2 months though, I do feel it is giving me a leaner shape, just have to work harder in gym and not rely on it totally!
