I am booked in to have a body wrap at the end of this month and it's €90 so €50 is a much better deal.

Do any of your rate this treatment or is it just another gimmick?

Body wraps have been scientifically proved not to have any effect whatsoever on weight loss. All they do is make you sweat a lot, causing your skin to shrink inwards. Once you rehydrate yourself properly, a few days later you will be the exact same size and weight again. I wouldn't waste my money.

No good for long term weightloss but for a few instant inches they're great. I haven't used them myself but I've definately noticed the difference on other people who've gotten them before weddings or events.
Maybe a few vibroplate sessions would be better value - again I've heard great things about these for a quick fix but they'd probably have some long term benefit compared to the wraps

They're only good if your airly unhealth and holding water. They remove water weight and thats why it comes back on.. I had one done befroe but I was working out and being healthy so it had no effect.
