its good and she makes it look effortless but i swear its the toughest 10mins!! theres 5 10 min segments and the 2 ive tried were brutal. but all you need is a mat for your back and a towel for a couple of the exercises. got it for €3 on amazon. bargain!

Hi Izzabella! Don't loose heart, you still have a while to go yet & your goal is still achieveable!! Get exercising & that will motivate the healthy eating, you won't want to eat a bar of chocolate after killing yourself on the bike for half an hour!! If you do fall off the wagon just get back on it & try again!!

All us brides are in the same boat so don't think your alone :hug3 , we'd all like to change something about ourselves whether we admit it or not.

Toned muscles burn more calories than untoned ones so get a resistence circuit going for yourself & alternate between that and the bike every day so you don't get bored!

Hope that helps hun & happy planning x

but im definately after toning up my tum a bit. jillian micheals and the 10 minutes belly fat blast off are hell but im feeling it!!
going to up the ante and start cycling 30mins an evening and do more healthy food shopping. im not eatting much but i could be eating less carbs and more veg

Hi there, yes atleast you are toning up!!!!!But protein need to become your best friend, eggs and turket rashers for breakfast or omlette- takes bit of organisation but you'll do it when there is an end goal 'that dress'!!!Fruit and nuts for snacks low fat yoghurts. Try to watch the carbs they are the demon-bread is your enemy if you have to have something have a wrap!!!all other cards-pasta,rice and potatoes hab=ve to an absolute minimum 1/4 of the portion you were having and up the veg and salad! No alcohol, fizzy drinks, sweets, cakes, biscuits or takeaways and if you have to just once a week!!!!I sound like a seargent major but it will work. As for exercise sweat sweat and more sweat. Walk and run intermittantly 1 min run then 5 min walk you can do it!!!!! :highfive and build it up as the weeks go past. Resistance training/weights are brilliant for burning fat use water bottles if not in a gym!!!Goos luck really looking forward to hearing how you get on/!!!!
