I just can't seem to get motivated at all I've lost 4 stone to date and am finding the last bit such a struggle.Going dress hunting in January and really wish i could lose my 2nd belly before that!!

4 STONE all i can say is wow congrats on that. ive decided since im sooo lazy when i go home in the evening over the last few days im going to walk from the office to heuston and then take a nice nap on the train on the way home.
now if the rain stays away it will be grand here is hoping i can lose some more weight.
