I have a lovely black dress that fitted me 2 months after having a baby and now 2 years later wont even close on me

I've to get measured for my feckin dress on Monday and apart from the stone I've lost not a bit since. I've been doing nothing lately, I have been very busy workwise (2 jobs) but still I wanted another stone at least off before I was going for measurements. Too late now!!!! I've still another 2 stone to lose before next February when the dress arrives. I hope the alterations won't be too hectic.

Yeah tandybo I'm in!!! I'm starting back on my Jillan Michaels 30 day shred next week. That's how I lost the first stone.

Count me in too, I;ve put on loads of weight recently cos I hurt my ankle and couldn't walk on it for five weeks...so all the sitting down drinking tea and eating biccies sent over by my mam have taken their toll. I'd love to lose a bit before we go home at christmas. Good luck to us all!!!

Oh im in!!!! Lost a stone before i ordered my dress but i've it nearly put back on so dissapointed in myself as of today im trying to stay away 4rm the treats. n drinking more water. Good luck everyone still having a few at the weekend doh!!

i wana loose some to.i bought a dress of d amy childs website as long as i get it for xmas i will b happy but its very tight so i need to loose the fat i have on me.has any1 seen her stuff its gorgeuous i love all d dresses wish i had enuf money to buy them all!!!!!!!!!!!!i an going on cabbidge food diet if i dont start loosing some weight soon and then with xmas comin and all d drinkn and eating i will b even fatter aaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

im in. went back to ww there cause doing it myself it was always the scales and not actually me that was wrong
need to start more exercising from now. ive a dress thats a little snug for xmas so wanna fit into it.

Went for my measurements on Monday and they said I can go back in one month's time to do a final measurement so I now have one month to get my ass in gear. Got on the exercise bike last night and did a few situps etc. It's me and Jillian Michaels tonight. She doesn't know it but she's going to make me half the woman I used to be!!!

I'm in as well, got my dress beg of the year and have put on about 6 or 7 pounds i think since then. I've lost a pound or so in the last two weeks, but i would like to lose about half a stone or a bit more, and all the better if i can be a good way along by christmas. I also have a dress i would like to wear over christmas which could do with being a bit looser too!

I am soooo in too, definitely have lost my motivation the last few weeks, but gonna start again tomorrow and stick with it. Christmas great motivation to get into a lovely black dress I got a while ago (very tight now though).

I am going for first measurements in December aaaargh then the dress making will begin, so excited in one way cos I really love it, but dreading it in another way

Thanks tandybo for starting this thread. I will be thinkin of ye lovely missies when I feel like sneaking some naughty food and hope that it will be enough to stop me!!
