Zumba classes for fitness

Postby mollybird » Wed Dec 14, 2011 10:22 pm

hi missies,
just started my first zumba class last night. fig i needed a way to start getting some bit of fitness. was thinking of doing it for an idea for my hen do. but i'm in bits after it. i think alot of girls that i'm thinking of inviting maybe in teh same fitness stage as me and not sure if it's such a good idea now.

has anyone tried it? i can't co - ordinate my hands and legs at all. am useless at dancing but def found it great fun. hoping to keep it up some bit in the new year.

god what i wouldn't give to be able to have it for at home. but h2b only has a pc for a computer. won't let me get a wii or an xbox so i can have these things. i have seen though that they do do dvd's. so may invest in them when i start my new job in the new year, if santa hasn't gotten me either console. ya def agree sdengaged it def didn't feel like a chore but half way through i wished someone would have shot me there and then. i was soo tired and body was aching all over. hehehe.

I've been going to it once a week and doing it on the wii for 2 other days a week for the last 8 weeks. Its great fun (even though i do be wrecked after it) but i have noticed results as my tummy and thighs are starting to get a bit toned, yay :bounce
