Any advice greatly appreciated

Recently engaged, don't know where to start? C'mon in and say hello to the other Missies...

Any advice greatly appreciated

Postby MrsH2012 » Mon Jan 09, 2012 1:33 am

Hello ladies,

I am only just engaged a week. I have booked a date already, for May of this year!
I am a size 20 normally and not interested in paying thousands for a dress. Any advice on where my first port of call should be?

Thank you....

Hi, I'm a newbie on here I'm buying my dress from www.dressesonlinesale.co.uk. To be honest with you they have 50/50 reviews so I am taking a chance doing this but I am not interested in spending a fortune on a dress either so I am going to give it a go!! Hope this helps..

you should go to barnados bridal its a charity shop in dunlaoighre BUT majority of dresses are brand new and they have all sizes and quite a good selection in sizes 16 and upwards - my friend got her dress there - along with jewellery all for 330Euro and it was fabulous

Also adverts.ie have lots of people selling wedding dresses and again not all have been worn ...

i agree madness spending tons of money on a dress when there are so many other things that will make the day memorable not only for you but for all your guests

Good luck

What about oxfam bridals?? the majority of their dresses are brand new and will not cost more than €400 as far as i am aware. My friend bought her dress there last July and it was STUNNING :cool
