Getting married to a Polish guy!

Postby Eims » Thu Apr 21, 2011 4:06 pm

Hi there,

Eimear here. Just a quick post to introduce myself and say a bit about my pending nuptials !

My fiancee Mike asked me to marry him on Valentines Day, just 2 weeks before our 4 year anniversary. I said yes and within days the plans I had been dreaming of for the past couple of years all began to form in reality!

What with Mike being Polish and having lived in Poland myself for 2 years it was an easy choice for my wedding destination. That and the fact that it is 1/4 of the price for almost everything.

So far I have found a band. They are Polish but are a Irish trad band. I think I have found a dress in Tamem Michael and I have settled on daisy theme for the entire event.

Well that's it for now. I have so many ideas and plans and I am always thinking about how I can make both our families relaxed and happy during the weekend of our wedding. If anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear them.

Cheers!
Eimear.
